These terms govern your use of BOOKNEST as a traveller or as a partner. This is a demonstration marketplace and no real financial transactions occur.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the details on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Accounts may not be shared between businesses.
Bookings
A confirmed booking is an agreement between you and the partner. BOOKNEST facilitates the reservation, pricing display and communication, and charges partners a commission on the accommodation subtotal.
Partner obligations
Partners must describe their properties accurately, honour confirmed rates and maintain availability calendars. Repeated cancellations by a partner can lead to suspension.
Prohibited use
No fraudulent listings, review manipulation, off-platform payment solicitation, discriminatory conduct or automated scraping of the marketplace.
Liability
BOOKNEST is not the provider of accommodation and is not liable for the condition of a property beyond its moderation obligations.
