Cancellation policy
Every listing displays its cancellation policy before you confirm. Refunds are calculated automatically from the policy and the time remaining before check-in.
Flexible
Full refund if cancelled at least one day before arrival.
Moderate
Full refund up to 5 days before arrival, 50% up to the day before.
Strict
Full refund up to 14 days before arrival, 50% up to 7 days, none afterwards.
Non-refundable
No refund. These rates are discounted in exchange for certainty for the partner.
Partner cancellations
If a partner cancels a confirmed booking, the traveller is always refunded in full and the incident is logged against the partner's quality score.
