External Flight Booking Terms
When you select 'Continue to Airline' or 'View Deal', you leave BOOKNEST and complete your booking and payment on the airline's or booking partner's website.
Who you contract with
Your flight contract is with the airline or the authorised booking partner, not with BOOKNEST.
Payment and ticketing
The external provider takes payment and issues the ticket. BOOKNEST never collects flight-ticket payment during this affiliate phase.
Changes, cancellation and refunds
The external provider controls changes, cancellations, refunds, schedule changes and disruption handling under its own terms and the airline's conditions of carriage.
Booking status inside BOOKNEST
Flights you book externally appear in your trips as 'Externally booked — unverified' until confirmation data is received from an approved provider. BOOKNEST never marks a flight as confirmed by BOOKNEST.
Flight and stay bundles
A flight paid externally and a stay booked through BOOKNEST remain two separate bookings with separate payment relationships and no package-travel protection.
