Flight Changes, Cancellations and Refunds Information
BOOKNEST does not issue flight tickets and cannot change, cancel or refund a flight. Every change, cancellation and refund is handled by the airline or the authorised booking partner that took your payment.
Who to contact
Contact the airline or the booking partner shown on your confirmation email. BOOKNEST has no access to their reservation systems and cannot see, amend or cancel your ticket.
Changes
Change fees, fare differences and eligibility are set by the fare rules of the ticket you bought and by the provider's own terms. Any change information shown in BOOKNEST search results is indicative only.
Cancellations
Cancellation rights depend on the fare type. Many discounted fares are non-refundable except for unused taxes. Confirm the exact rules on the provider's website before you pay.
Refunds
Refunds are processed by the provider to the payment method you used with them. BOOKNEST never receives, holds or refunds flight payments, and cannot influence refund timing.
Schedule changes and disruption
Delays, cancellations by the airline, rebooking and statutory compensation (for example EU261 or similar regimes) are handled by the operating carrier under its conditions of carriage.

Your booking status in BOOKNEST
Flights booked externally show as 'Externally booked — unverified' until an approved provider confirms them. BOOKNEST never displays 'Confirmed by BOOKNEST' for an affiliate flight.
